We expect good fleets of Musto, RS100, RS700, 49er, RS800, ISO, RS Aero and RS500. Entry fee : 45 euro single-handed / 55 euro double-handed In case of cancellation before Friday September 29th 23:59, there is a full refund. After Friday September 29th 23:59, there is no refund. When online payment cannot be done, you can pay cash on arrival at a special desk on the location. With entering the regatta, the competitors sign for: The regatta organisation does not take any liability for any damages and/or accidents witch might occur during participation at the Open Dutch Skiff Trophy. Competitors declare to be insured for damage inflicted to others. Each participating boat must have a valid liability insurance of at least €2.000.000,- per occurrence In order to manage the events, information provided by competitors will be held on a database. This information will be available to Skiff Benelux and Aquavitesse. The management of personal information and images will comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation Legislation that came into effect in May 2018. Competitors declare to know that the organization will make pictures and films. We deal selectively and with integrity with the use of photos and videos in publications afterwards. |
